What is C.A.T?

Cosmic Alignment Technique is a pioneering and powerful new energy healing system which aligns, nourishes and feeds the whole being, within and without. CAT aligns and brings into equilibrium cosmic energies that your soul and body needs and desires.

CAT works with multi dimensional energies and is a very strong and powerful healing technique that draws on cosmic and earth energies merging them together at your heart.

What happens during a treatment?

My hands are placed gently on the body and both you and I may feel very subtle movements as you are aligned, balanced and healed. The alignment begins with you seated and then you may be moved to the couch to enable me to complete your treatment with further healing, however it is also possible that you may remain seated throughout you treatment.

You will remain fully clothed thoughout your treatment but will be asked to remove your shoes. I advise that you wear clothing that you will allow you to remain comfy!!

How long does a CAT treatment take?

There are no hard and fast rules on the length of your treatment, but it will generally last for about 1 hour.
